Brand Allure is a New York City based agency that provides model staffing to enhance special events and upscale marketing campaigns. We are also able to provide full service event execution in every major market across the country. With Program Managers in every market we are not only able to staff on a nationwide basis but also able to manage our models, program logistics and the staffing process in each local market.
Brand Allure Staff' experience includes, but is not limited to: red carpet events, publicity stunts, product launches, trade shows, showrooms, store openings, catering support and street teams. Our model's service includes, but is not limited to: event spokes models, brand ambassadors, hostesses, bartenders, servers and greeters.
How are we different?
Unlike many agencies, our models work directly for us, cutting out additional layers, lack of control, and additional cost. We do not boast a massive model database but rather maintain a high quality core group of models in each market that consistently work with us. This enables Brand Allure to provide a consistent, high level of service and guarantees our ability to match the right personality and look for each specific project.
Many agencies add models to their database and submit them to the job without an in-person meeting and quality control process. At Brand Allure, we personally meet with all models and have a 5-step screening process that enables us to know the models prior to placing them on the job. When we submit a model for a job you can rest assured that they look as they appear in their photos, that they have the right attitude, are punctual and are sure to impress event the most demanding client.
Upon signing with our agency, models are trained and given our handbook which outlines our expectations and rules of conduct while working. For each job we forward on our client's training materials to models and see to it that our models are prepared prior to starting the job. We also have group trainings in our offices, conference calls, and question and answer sessions to maintain quality control.
At no additional cost to our client we provide backup models who are on-call in the event of a last minute emergency or "no show." While this is rare it does happen and we prepare accordingly to make sure that a backfill is seamless and our client isn't short staffed.
Custom Database and 24 x 7 live support
We maintain and utilize a custom state of the art searchable model database that enables immediate results, quick changes, reminders, organizes data and eliminates human error, ensuring a more streamlined process, better and quicker results, and ultimately a better and more organized service. Our team does remain heavily involved in the process and we firmly believe that dealing with a person is much more effective than booking staff through a company's online order management system. We recognize the benefits of technology and also realize that one-on-one interaction with a booker is extremely important to get a true sense of what the client needs.
Our service is fully insured. We carry both workers compensation and liability coverage and upon request will write insurance certificates naming our clients as additionally insured.
Post Event Reporting
Now more than ever we understand and appreciate that clients need accurate and timely event reporting. Therefore, upon request we are able to create custom reports capturing any statistical event related data and photographs. Our team will work with each client to identify those areas of importance enabling an accurate measure of the program's effectiveness.
